Spring came and it’s time to resume our common outdoor trainings. The great season opening we are offering to carry out on Ili River.
«Extreme Athletics» invites everyone to take part in «Ili Running Camp’15», an event for those who want to run around in the fresh air, enjoy the vastness of nature and warm weather after freezing winter. In the training program under the supervision of Timur Artyukhin are jogging to interesting places and running full freedom of expression.
The camp is held on the basis of independent living with participation in general training. Everyone is free to choose the place of installation tents and gathering place for training according to the schedule will be «Kayfoglyba» (a large rock on the left of the gate in front of the rocks). Schedule of events is given for the convenience of planning your time, participation in jogging on request, you can also join in, for example, for one day only
Tamgaly Tas (100 km from Almaty). Move on the highway Almaty-Taldykurgan after Kapchagai HPP turn to Bakanas, even after 25 km, turn left and go to the MES (Ministry of Emergency Situations) training range. Then you will drive large rocks (Chinese style gate as a landmark) — do not drive through — you have arrived.

8-00 — warm-up, scamper up the rock «Camel» (6 km)
10-00 — morning exercise, scamper on the «small» canyon (10 km)
16-00 — evening workout, scamper on the «long» slides (16 km)
8-00 — warm-up (scamper up the rock «Camel») (6 km)
10-00 — morning exercise, scamper on the «big» canyon (18 km)
14-00 — departure, visitors can stay indefinitely in accordance with its rhythm of life.
What to bring:
Be ready for 2 nights in nature. Promise good weather, but the night is cool, take warm clothes.
If possible, please bring firewood for the fire with you – there is no fallen trees on site, and its eco camp — no harm to nature is applied
Running shoes for training is better to take with sole adapted for dirt roads and trails
For long runs stock up bars or sports nutrition. Do not forget to take in addition to fitness uniform navigators, heart rate monitors, running backpacks, waist bags, hydrator, it’s finally come in handy
